| 我是外贸界的新手，做T恤衫的，前些日日非洲LOME***的某客户来询价，我就报了个价格给他，还按照他的要求做了个Proforma Invoice给他，今天他发了一封信给我，信的原文如下，请前辈们帮忙看看他究竟是什么意思，谢谢！
Thanks for the bank information well *域名隐藏* ile,we have been to the bank to make transfer of your invoice value worth USD6 720.000 00 to you bank account either by l/c or t/t but the bank is demanding for 5% out of the total sum meant for transfer and this is not including Taxes/ *域名隐藏* r,our co***ny board of management have resolved that this 5% of bank commission charge is too high rate and we can not afford to pay such amount of transfer charge because this is a contract supply order awarded to our co***ny and our co***ny obtained a bank loand to execute this contract supply orders of which we do not want to tamper the fixed contract volume amount.
Furtherly,while we were discussing privately with the bank manager on how to solve this problem issue,the bank manager secretly introduced to another means/method by which the government use to send out money from the country and then process it into the foreign bank account through the source of FINANCIAL SECURITY CO***NY VIA DIPLOMATIC COURIER TO GERMANY where their branch office is located.
As regards to their diplomatic courier services,the fund takes only two (2) days to arrive at their office in Germany from Togo and according to their policy rule of service,the account owner/beneficiary of the fund must appear in person at their office in Germany for an identification clearance of the fund into their bank *域名隐藏* foreign beneficiary account owner of the fund must be identified personally to prove your are the rightful beneficiary.
Specifically,upon your presentation of yourself for an identification ,they will as soon as possible commence on their normal duty to process the fund and make payment into your bank account within 48hrs and note that without your presence in their office in Germany they it can not be possible for they carriy out their normal procedure as to process your payment into your bank account.
In this development,we strongly need your approvals and confirmations so that we will proceed to withdraw this fund from the bank today and deposite and register it immediately with Financial Security Co***ny under your co***ny name.
