保险单或者保险证明、声明两份（可流通形式，即正本），两份保单显示“正本”“第二正本”，再加一份不可议付副本。空白背书，投保金额***全额加10%。标明claim payable in bankok in the same currency as the draft(还是那句话，个人觉得***把币种指明，如果是美元的话claim payable in bankok in US DOLLARS），投保institute cargo clauses(a)and institute for clauses(cargo)
FOR 估计是WAR 吧？
提醒一下，因为本证要求保单indicating"original"and "duplicate"，有些保险公司的***正本和第二正本可能不是按上述方法表示的，（如太平洋保险的是THE FIRST ORIGINAL、THE SECOND ORIGINAL）挑剔的银行可能会对此提出疑问，注意。
