As you know, our Contract captioned above requires that you furnish a certificate of insurance or other evidence of insurance coverage. Please provide us with copies of the relevant certificate of insurance within the next 14 days.
Would you also please ensure that your insurance agent, broker or advisor confirms that your coverage conforms to the following contractual requirements:
1） The evidence of insurance addresses all required lines of coverage with limits indicated in the purchase order(s);

2）With the exception of Employees’ Compensation Insurance, the insurance includes HKITP, its parent, related and affiliated companies of each, and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and assigns of each as additional insureds;

3）The insurance includes and contains a waiver of subrogation in the favor of the above persons/entities.

4）The insurance coverage is noted as primary and not contributory in nature;

5） The insurance has been written on an occurrence basis (with the exception of Professional Liability, if required);

6） The insurance has been written by companies with a BEST guide rating of B+ VII or better.

感觉翻译得非常好啦!
本人也非专业人士,但接触过一些保险方面的专业术语,做补充如下:
3）The insurance includes and contains a waiver of subrogation in the favor of the above persons/entities.
此保险应包括和包含以上述被保险人或实体为受益人的\放弃代位求偿权的声明. subrogation,是保险业务中专用的术语,指代位求偿权,意思是保险公司理赔后,有权取代受益人的位置向相关的责任方索赔的权利!------至于为什么要求放弃代位求偿权,我就不太明白啦!
6） The insurance has been written by companies with a BEST guide rating of B+ VII or better.-----我理解是:保险由一个好的信用等级,至少B+ VII以上的公司出具!has been written,直接翻译"写入"似乎不妥,引申可以理解为出具保险!

***后特别声明:本人对于除货物运输以外的保险业务也是外行,上面的理解仅代表个人观点,如有错误欢迎指正!
