我有一位客人是SUDAN的,联系了几个月的了,PI也出了,广交会期间也来厂里看过了,现在准备付30%订金了,但是上周六他去他银行打款,他银行告诉他不接受30%ADVANDE PAYMETN ,70% AGAINST SHIPMENT ***UMENTS' COPY,晕啊,他要接受另外的条款.要不就开即期信用证,要不就见单即付...现在该怎么办???? 我问过我们经理,他说如果是一定要做信用证的话就不要做了.我们很少做信用证的,因为之前有个也是SUDAN的客人,开个信用过来花了一个月的时间,还修改来修改去的,后来没办法,连货都做好了,只等他的信用证,弄得***后,单也没做成,现在货都还堆在仓库里.晕人... 如果是见单付款的话,风险更回大.唉,真是无奈S了,整个定单都不到1万美金,真不知接不接,发了邮件给客人,不知他会怎样回复. 难道SUDAN那边的客人都那么麻烦的吗?出货到那里的风险是不是很高的呢?他们那里的银行信用怎样的?各位如有出过货到SUDAN,能否说说你们的见解???? 附上他的邮件: Dear Ms Maisie thanks for your e-mail, i went to my bank in order to transfer you the advance 30%, but my bank ask me to chose one of these option: 1) To change the proforma invoice to be L/C at sight: ( In this case i can share you the bank charges if you accept.) 2) To transfer the 30% advance by T/T, but according to our Central Bank Of Sudan instructions in this case must mention in the proforma invoice that 70% to be paid by our bank against original ***ument when delivered to our bank, and the ***uments are: + Original Bill Of Lading plus 2 copies + Original invoiced addressed to Blue Nile Investment Co., Ltd, and signed ans sealed by you. + Original certificate of China origin plus 2 copies + Original certificate of weight and quality plus 2 copies + Original packing list plus 2 copies ( In this case also i can share you the bank charges) Awaiting your urgent reply in order to settle this order Please arrange any time to meet you in the MSN in order to settle this order Thanks & best regards.
