| notwithstanding the provisions of UCP 800， If we give notice of refusal of documents presented under this credit, we shall howver, retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant and subject to such a waiver being acceptable to us, to release the documents against that waiver without reference to the presenter, proovided that no written instructions to the contrary have been received by us, from the presenter before the release of the documents.请各位高手帮忙翻译一下啊，我是新手，对信用证有点头疼，可否请各位帮忙指点指点，非常感谢啊！
