Sorry for late reply. I just come back from my China Trip.
Regarding the rice light, I note that you need 50 days to re-apply the CSA Certificate due to the difference construction with mini lights. I will check with my head office about their lead time and confirm you later. Before this, I must have your pricing now.
For our construction on rice light - it should be same as the mini light,

很报歉,没能及时回复你,因为我刚从中国回来.关于RICE灯, 我得知您至少需要50天的时间重新申请CSA***. 因为RICE灯的结构和迷你灯是不一样的.
