| 我是新手,刚接触这个,帮忙翻译一下,拜托
46A: +signed commercial invoice in 2 copies indicating this credit number
+2/3 clean on board ocean bills of lading (port to port B/L) made out to order of hua nan commercial bank ltd. Marked “freight prepaid” and this credit number notifying applicant.
+packing list in 2 copies
+ beneficiary’s certificate stating that 1/3 original B/L and one set of non-negotiable documents have been sent directly to the applicant by courier within 3 working days after shipment effected and ATTN: MS. TERESA CHANG
+ beneficiary’s certificate certified that they have dispatched all shipping documents (including invoice, packing list ,B/L) to applicant by fax upon receipt of B/L. fax no.: 02-2655-2239
ATTN: WU CHI TSAI
+insurance policy or certificate in duplicate in negotiable form for 120 pct invoice value, blank endorsed and with claims payable in Taiwan, in currency of drafts covering: institute cargo clauses (A)from seller’s warehouse to buyer’s warehouse
47A: +if documents presented under this L/C are found to be discrepant we shall give its notice of refusal and shall hold documents at your disposal. However, should we receive applicant’s approval of discrepancies prior to your instruction on disposal of documents, we will release the said documents to applicant.
+all banking charges and comm.. outside opening bank, including advising chgs, reimb comm.. and cable cost, are for account of the beneficiary
+the purchase order number (p/o no.) and l/c no. must be appeared on all shipping documents 78: +we will remit the proceeds as instructed, upon receipt of documents along with draft(s) strictly complying with the terms and conditions of this credit.
+a discrepancy fee of usd60 or equivalent will be deducted from proceeds of any drawing if documents are presented with discrepancies please note that the discrepancy fee is always for BNF’S A/C

| 已签商业***一式2份,注明L/C NO.
2套海运提单,做成凭"XXX"指示.注明运预付,L/C NO.并通知开证申请人.
箱单一式2份.
受益人证明,全套正本B/L及不可议付的单据会在装运日后3个工作日内寄给APPLICANT. 通知"MS TERESA"同时所有的运输单据将传真到"XXX".
保险单或保险证明一式2份,不可议付,保险金额为***金额的120%(要确认多出来的10%的保险金应由开证申请人支付).空白背书,在台湾索赔.投保ICC(A)险----(就相当了ALL RISK,一切险).
如果发现L/C项下的单据不符,我们会发出拒付通知,在你主的同意下继续持有单据,如果在你方作出处理之前收到APPLICANT接受不符点的通知,我们会将上述单据发放给APPLICANT.
开证行以外的所有费用将由受益人承担.
P/O及L/CNO必须显示在所有的单据上.
收到与L/C相符的全套单据后将会议付.
一旦发现不符点,USD60.00与等价物将直接扣除.
请将单据寄往(地址),寄往别的地址而造成的延期, 我行不承担任何责任.

beneficiary’s certificate stating that 1/3 original B/L and one set of non-negotiable documents have been sent directly to the applicant by courier within 3 working days after shipment effected and ATTN: MS. TERESA CHANG
-----受益人证明1/3正本提单和一套副本单据于装船后3个工作日内用快递寄开证申请人,收件人为MS. TERESA CHANG.(寄1/3正本客户可以直接提货,要注意客户资信,把握风险!)
beneficiary’s certificate certified that they have dispatched all shipping documents (including invoice, packing list ,B/L) to applicant by fax upon receipt of B/L. fax no.: 02-2655-2239 ATTN: WU CHI TSAI
------受益人证明要求证实受益人将所有单据(包括***\箱单和提单)已经传真给开证申请人,传真号码02-2655-2239,收件人WU CHI TSAI.

-----可议付2份保险单或保险证明
from seller’s warehouse to buyer’s warehouse---投保从卖方仓库到买方仓库!(投保期限实际上延长啦!)

| 如果客人用寄过去的1/3提单提取了货物而没付款，是不是银行就不给钱了，我拿出所有的符合信用证的单据也不行么，如果行的话，那银行自己不是风险很大。

| 不是这样理解的!
如果你能***单据完全符合信用证要求,没有任何不符点,开证银行必须付款!而且开证银行没有任何风险-----因为开立这种要求1/3正本提单直接寄给收货人的信用证,开证银行在风险方面有很严密的控制措施,不需要你替银行担心啦!
关键是如果提交议付的单据不符点开证行拒付,而客户已经凭1/3正本提单提取了货物,那才是你应该担心的!
------你是我见过的***一个不担心自己反而为银行担心的人,虽然有点杞人忧天,但很该提名你为世界银行理事会成员,可惜我没有这个权利啊!:)

对不起，我可不可以这样理解：
受益人证明通过传真提单收据来证明他们已将所有的单据（包括***箱单提单）传至开证申请人。传真号：。。。。收件人：。。。。。

| 就做一个BENEFICIARY‘S CERTIFICATE然后把要证明的东西写一遍就可以了。并不需要你传真的证明。
信用证只是对单证的要求，你提交这个证明就可以了，至于你真的传没有传都不影响你的付款

| 英文只是要求受益人证明，没有要求任何收据----这里upon receipt of B/L，仅仅是指收到提单（的时候）！所以受益人证明里原文抄上就可以啦！
