付款条件：100%以卖方名义开立的保兑不可撤消即期信用证，信用证于2004.03.01前开立并送到中国。余下的VTO（不知道什么）在中国按前面所说的发运时间后15天议付

| 100%以卖方为受益人开立的保兑不可撤消即期信用证，信用证于2004.05.01前开立并送到中国。信用证在中国有效，并保持有效至前面所说的发运时间后15天。-----这样翻译似乎更好些吧？

10多年来做进出口业务时，我曾苦啃一本UCP500,个人认为这样翻译是否好些？-
“付款条件：凭100%不可撤销保兑信用证，信用证以卖方为抬头，以即期汇票有效，信用证于2004年05月01日前开立并抵达中国，在上述装运时间后15天内在中国议付有效。” 1、”may”要这样写”May”
2、“不可撤销”不要写成“不可撤消” 我是新入网的，大家若有L/C和外贸合同方面的问题，我都比较有把握为大家出些办法。回答得好的话，网管可加分吗？我还未交2800元的，迟些吧。
