| 各位大侠，有一个信用证问题，烦请帮忙解答：
条款：full set signed clean on board ocean bills of lading made out to order and blank endorsed marked freight payable at destination and notity (对方公司名称）and applicant evidencing shipment of merchandise stated above and indicating l/c no. and date. third party bill of lading and short form bill of lading not acceptable.
以上句子中，"applicant evidencing shipment of merchandise stated above "是什么意思？该怎样操作？
另外，short form bill of lading 是怎样的提单。 昐复

| 就是通知方一栏，打上对方客户和开证申请人的名称． 提单上显示你们出口的商品名．
SHORT BL 现在一般都没有了
