| 我有一个约旦客户，打算从我司买货出口到伊拉克，可是提出得付款方式如下：
We require a performance bond to open the L/C in your favor. Our L/C is being opened by an agency of the US government through a first class US bank in our favor for the whole project at our bank in Amman (The National Bank of Jordan). Our bank will forward to your bank your portion of the L/C. Kindly confirm that you are able to provide this bond, which will be in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to 10% of the value of the L/C and remains valid until final shipment of the last set ordered with you. This performance bond is to cover any penalty on delayed shipment or non shipment of goods.
6- The L/C shall be payable at sight against your presentation of the following documents to your bank 请各位提提建议，这种付款方式风险是不是很大，能做吗？

| 这个客户要求信用证金额的10%作为履约***金，由你们公司用银行保函形式（in the form of a bank guarantee）提供给客户！
-----这属于涉外担保，恐怕是不能接受的，具体你可以咨询银行或者外管局！

| 是可装让信用证还是开对背信用证？客户也没有具体说明，能否接受要看具体的信用证规定，现在谈论没有太大意义！
