| 下面是我收带的一封邮件,大伙看看是不是骗子啊,我之前也收到好多这样的代理公司,说是帮他们当地政府采购T-SHIRT做爱滋病宣传,结果我报的价格一下子就能接受,要我们把发票打过去,付款方式是100%T/T,还说到时候要亲自到他们国家去签合同,或者委托他们签,还让我们寄样品过去,我们要他付运费,他不付.结果就没联系了..大家有没有碰到这样的情况啊,我碰到N十来次了...郁闷.....那些客人这么也不换换方式,他们到底是想骗什么哦...搞不懂!!!!!!!

I am very happy to hearing from you, After reading your mail I have to contact with my good friend in the ministry office to inform him that I have gotten a firm that can handle the supply for this t shirt to the ministry office,I hereby send you the detail information of the contract for your study as to enable you quote your price promptly.
They hints me that the federal government of Nigeria under Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs Nigeria wants to award a contract purchase of 1.6 million PCs of 100%cotton 210 gsm SINGLE JERSEY ROUND NECK PLAIN T-SHIRTS EUROPEAN SIZE, WHITE,GREEN,YELLOW,BLUE,BLACK,BROWN,RED,ARMY GREEN, ALL SIZES BOTH S,M,L,XL AND XXL) 1PCs in a poly bag,for their re-selling here in Nigerian,the sixes and color's should be of equal quantity to the total of 1.6 million PCs of t shirt, I was made to understand that there is no particular designs the ministry want but good ones and that is not very expensive because you know is for the re-selling they have to make their own profit out the deal okay.
My friend in the ministry told me that the ministry wants to purchase the said t shirt direct from a foreign company in other for prices to be cheap and meet the quantity demand, and good quality, according to my friends in the ministry I was made to understand that if the chairman in charge of the purchase approved your price that your firm will do the supply to the ministry office,I will advice you quote competitively so that this supply given to your firm.The payment terms of the ministry is 100% up-front by bank T/T in advance before production and shipment if your company is to do the supply and delivery period is within 6 to 10 months.
This morning in my discussion with my friends in the ministry have promised and assured me that they will use all their connections and influence to make sure that your company will do this supply .I will made it mention to you that you will give me 1%commission of the total invoice value of this order ,if you do this supply to the ministry office through my connection in which I will make sure your company will do the supply with the help of my friend in the ministry office.
Write me back immediately if you company is capable of handling this total supply within the period of 6 to 8 month and quote me your best fob or c&f Nigeria apapa sea port Nigeria price quotations added with my 1% commission to enable me contact my friend in the ministry office with your price so that he will present it to the honorable chairman in charge of this supply for approval.
Expecting a positive reply from you as soon as possible.
