| I never like someone with bad words all the day , I 'm eager to find out a better way to improve the situation , I am glad to do that , so we have a honest talk with each other, I tell him how uncomfortable when I hear his bad words because of the Internet problems,Althongh I'll enlighten him when the things come out , again and again , I am end up with failing , I can't improve it, so sad, He said: it's exhilarating to say bad words when he was angry......
I keep scient, that's to say, I 'm ready to change myself, surely not , I won't escape, I try to help him to make full use of the time of waiting to open the website, I draw his attiation to some usefui things,

| I just can't fed up with his bad words and smoking . however, I try to accept him as my colleague. The spring Festival is approaching , I 'll be glad to welcome it ,In the next few days, I should put all my heart into my job as a finish of 2006,I see there's no regret left for this job .
There will be a much brighter future waiting for me ahead.
How should I stop here?
Just because of the longing for future , I won't lose heart , and never not.
