| When joined this company, i took over an American *域名隐藏* the first month, i was pleased, because the atmasphere here is very freedom,and colleagues were very friendly.I thought i was luky. But things becomes different after i work for three *域名隐藏* the American customer cancel her scond order, as we haven't agreed on deduction of *域名隐藏* there are many reasons leading to this *域名隐藏* products sells not well in the *域名隐藏* er think the bad selling is for our bad *域名隐藏* factory thinks it is for the customer's bad design. Now everythin is closed,customer cancels the order and disrgard the compensation we owed to them. It means all the efforts i made during this three month are ineffectual. I thought before i could get commision from this orer and request boss to increase my wage. This month is my third month here, it is time to become a formal employee *域名隐藏* i could have finished this order, i would be helpful to me. Now everything is over. I don't know what to do.
