Our client, a local manufacturer of valves, seeks a reputable
manufacturing partner to produce sand casted components for their
valves. The partner must be able to produce sand casted parts in cast

I am currently seeking a China Foundry that will be able to utilize
this unique permanent mold process technology where I can work long term
in expanding global sales. I have been involved with this
process for 25+ years, working at all three U.S.A. companies that perform
this process.

 I am looking to offer the technology and work with the foundry, long
term, in establishing major U.S.A. accounts.

 This process offers many benefits over other casting methods, such as
casting integrity, surface finish, homogenous grain structure and tight
dimensional tolerances. It also offers a variety of alloys to meet customer
requirements, which includes pure electrolytic copper (IACS of 95% or
higher), yellow brass and aluminum bronzes.
