In marketing, products are any want-satisfying goods or services as well as their perceived tangible and intangible attributes and benefits. The less tangible something is, the more likely we are to call it a service. Most items are ususlly a combination of products and services. Services are often marketed differently from products.

市场的运作通常是从产品开始的，在市场上，产品可以是任何能满足人们需要的产品或服务，服务可分为有形的服务和无形的***服务，无形的大多是我们所说的服务，他们大都是产品和售后服务的结合体，服务因产品而异。
