2. drawee bank's discount or interest charges and acceptance commission are for the applicant and therefore the beneficiary is to receive the value for term draft as if drawn at sight. 

3. drawings against this credit are authorized only up to 97% of this face amount of the invoice submitted.

4. drafts for 50% invoice value are payable at sight and for remaining 50% payable at 30 days after sight free of interest. Documents are to be released after full payment of invoice value.

5. at the time of presentation, you will pay draft amount less USD150, being agents commission due to S.C.S. CO. which amount the negociating bank must authorize us to pay to them.
