This graph provides the comparison of the growth rates in service mileage among Railway,Road and Civil *域名隐藏* 1978,Road led the other two in service by absolute superiority;however,the interval of a decade (1978-1997) dmileage idn't witness much change in its growth (the growthmargin was 30%).In contrast to road transport ,non-stopand sharp advanve in Civil Aviation can be seen from the *域名隐藏* 1978, Civil Aviation was only a dwarf against Road;by the end of 1997,however,it had beaten its rival (the growth rate should be 120%), Another trasport means needs our attention,too--it is Railway. Unfortunately, the growth rate in its service mileage almost remained unchanged during the decade.
