| We are at least a month away from being able to have a
serious look at this contract, so let me know when you
have a chance. it will be at least one month
before we can look at being able to review the
quotations and look at issuing a purchase order for
the collars. In about one month we will seriously look at the offers and then we
will look at negotiating a contract to place an order
for the collars.
请前辈帮忙翻译一下上面的三段话，大概什么意思啊！
