| We cannot leave it up to manufacturers to pack how they want. We must specify hard packing as part of the ordering process. The whole structure of these sofas is of one grade of sponge and even I knew before I was in this business sofas' must be constructured with layers of different density foam glued together for strength. These FAA112 Models are so soft you almost roll out of them when sitting. 2 of these we have opened the sponge has come away from the back plywood panel and can not be repaired without removing the leather completely which would cost more then the sofa is worth.
It is obvious these 2 models are *域名隐藏* were definately were floor stock from their showroom as they had tags still *域名隐藏* we buy them before they sorted out the bugs?
By comparison,Model FOA019,which we have had before is not as bad. It is a flatter style,less susceptible to crushing in soft packing.
I am told this poor quality foam problem is not uncommon in lower priced stuff from China but should not be happening in products like ours at these prices. Do we have to pay for higher quality foam and manufacturing quality or are Steeland just cutting corners?
Also, I believe this last stock had been packed in the container for a long time before being *域名隐藏* was a lot of mildrew and condensation on the wrapping and this probably added to the crushing problem if the container had been sitting in the sun for weeks as this plastic wrapping they are using does not breath.

FOA019 是平锤样式, 所以在柔软包装内更不易压坏. 我曾被告诉过来自中国的交低价格的泡摸有质量问题, 但是不应该出现在象我们这样价格的产品中. 我们不许为高质量的的泡沫和生产支付, 还是Steeland走了捷径? 此外, 我想这存货在出货前早就装在集装箱里了. 如果集装箱放在太阳底下一个星期, 由于这些塑料包装透气性不好造成在包装上有许多mildrew和凝结物, 也有可能压坏里面的货物.

Model FAA069,this is the Gem（公司名） type copy style which sold well for us before is miles behind the Gem product in finish quality plus were soft packed which has left us with every sofa wrinkled and marked. Gem packed these soft type in individual cardboard boxes the same as KC（公司名） packs their chairs. Several of the Model FAA112 were packed in so hard the actual back of the Sofa is bent and I got an upholsterer in to look to see what can be *域名隐藏* has told me the foam used is of the poorest quality he has seen and because its density is so low the packing marks are not coming out. I held some of the sponge and it is too soft I believe for Australian requirements.
