| 事件背景：客户传真过来说我们交给他的单证是PHOTO COPIES，不是ORIGINAL COPIES。但是我们交给他的是ORIGINAL COPIES，他的意思也许是要正本。不过象原产地证正本只有一份，我们已经交给他当地银行了。没有多余的给他，我们想向他解释我们给他的是正本复印件，他要的正本已经交给银行，叫他到银行查查。尽快给我们付款。（这单是做信用的）
请各位朋友帮看看我写的这份传真，我觉得自己写的很不通顺，并且表达的意思不够明确。请擅长写英文信函的朋友帮我改改，先谢谢了：） Dear Mr. ****，
We have received your fax on October 16th, we tried to send the fax many times, but there was no response. I called you on 19th, and you told me to fax to you the next day, I did it as what you said, but also got no response. I even tried to call you, also no response. We didn’t know why.
According to your information, we didn’t know which you mean for the original copies, because we have sent the original certificate of guarantee last time. And the certificate of origin, we have already sent it to your bank in the first time. The customs declaration, which we given you is the original copy. Hoping you can kindly check the documents with your bank, and arrange your payment ASAP. Thanks for your understanding! Thanks & Best regards,

| 意思可能是差不多，不过整体看起来表达很烦琐，不够精练，或者说不够地道，好象是中国式英语，希望哪位朋友帮忙指点一下，谢谢。

| | lz my personal opinion: perhaps your customer is not a responsible person; however, you can not complain to the customer about his fault. you do not have to put a lot of words on the disconnections of his phone or fax, one sentence is enough. (you don't want be a annoying person.)
