| The LC will be opened as 360 days from the date of B/L．
you will receive your money on 30 days after the date of B/L , for remaining 330 days we will pay the interest rate by ourselves.
One way is calculating the interest rate according to the libour and it is between bank and us,only you will confirm for opening LC as 360 days after the date of B/L.
Your bank may process discount upon receive the acceptance and discount charges for account of applicant .

信用狀的有效期是從提單開出日起的360天內.
you will receive your money on 30 days after the date of B/L , for remaining 330 days we will pay the interest rate by ourselves.
從提單開出日起的30天內,你可以領到貨款,其餘330天的利息由我們支付.

此外利息的算是根據我們和銀行間的libour(?),你只要確認,信用狀的有效期是在提單開出後的360內.

你的銀行在收到承兌後,會向你收取帳戶申請的手續費. 翻的不好,湊合看看吧.

不过我还有几个疑问：
？信用证的有效期怎么会有那么长，一年呀！
？我方在收到了货款后，对方还要付什么利息呀！
？ＤＩＳＣＯＵＮＴ 的意思是贴现的意思不？

一般信用狀是180天,但是還要看各銀行和相關國家的規定. ？我方在收到了货款后，对方还要付什么利息呀！
這是對方要償還給銀行的,你收的錢是銀行給你的. ？ＤＩＳＣＯＵＮＴ 的意思是贴现的意思不？
貼現 4樓的果然厲害,令人汗顏.
