| 各位大虾 我正在和一加拿大人谈 她说Floor planning什么的 我不懂 结果她回复了一大堆 我还是半懂不懂 请帮忙解释啊
Floor planning is where we get set up with a company that will allow us to order the any units and then have one year to pay for it. The only thing we have to pay is the interest on the loan. But once the order is shipped you get all your money and the company holds the units on a loan basis for 1 year .After one year the loan on the units must be paid out by the dealer. It is a good thing for both parties. You get your money and we don’t have to put out a large sum of money. You the company will need to set this up and get your company approved to be able to go through with it.

应该叫做付息取货方式吧，它是由零售商向贷方或卖方支付整批货物的担保利息而取得货物。

| 付息取货就是指 我们与一家公司约定让他们允许我们订货然后我们有一年时间来付清货款。我们***要付的就是贷款的利息。但一旦货物付运，货主会得到货款而买方公司就以贷款方式取得货物的一年控制权。一年后货款就得由销售商付清。这样对双方都有利，你们可以拿到钱我们也不用拿出一大笔钱来。你们公司应该建立这种付款方式并让你们公司批准这种付款方式。
