| The Buyer, in two weeks after contract final acceptance date, according to contract value's 90%, total Eur , open an irrevocable letter of credit, the beneficiary of the L/C is to be the seller. The credit shall be available against the Seller's draft(s) drawn at sight on the opening bank for 100% invoice value accompanied by the documents specified in Clause 10 hereof. The Letter of Credit shall be valid until the 90th day after the shipment is effected.
Remain 10% contract value payment as quality cash deposit till equipment’s operation is normal, it will payed by T/T.

| 大概内容如下：
买方在合同***终接受日2周内，按合同金额的90%开给以卖方为收益人的信用证。信用证为开证银行见卖方汇票和信用证第10条规定的单据即期付款，信用证有效期为装船后90天。
剩余10%合同货款作为质量***金，设备运转正常后安排电汇付款。
------这恐怕是很简单的外贸合同条款，楼主的外贸英语实在应该加强啊！
