in case original B/L is tentatively not available for unloading of product ,the product can be discharged with seller's L.O.L,which may be instructed by the seller to shipowner/master for unloading without presentation of bill of *域名隐藏* the discharging shall be made at the buyer's discretion and /or buyer's responsibility.
(the *域名隐藏* d be used only for discharging cargo from the carrier vessel to shore tank at the discharging port and this L.O.L should not be used for customs cleance)
为了避免提单的正本暂时性还未取得，不到用于产品的卸货，该产品会以销售方的保函来确认卸货，这份保函可由销售方因无交提单而不能卸货的情况下，通知船公司船长，但卸货将会由购买方根据自身判断力来作出决定，或承担责任。
这保函将只用于货物从装货的船到卸货口岸的储罐，这保函不用于通关 customs cleance：是清关还是通关呢？
