These units are compatible with controls already existent.

大概意思是:请确定不要其他供应商来参与此次交易.
这些元件与目前现有的控制是相匹配的,也就是说把每个元件改为每个小时,而没有必要改变整个控制的时间,明确些说一定要用我们的控制.
你这个是中东的客户吧,拼写有很多错误的,以后你要猜他要表达的意思
