| Should this Dc be available by deferred payment, this may impact on our ability to provide finance. If you are considering applying for finance of documents presented in order, may we suggest that you seek an amendment to the DC to make it available by negotiation. Any such requests will receive our consideration at the time of presentation.

| 有一位朋友这样帮我翻译的，不知正确否：
如果这份单证支持延期付款的话,可能会影响到我们的财政支出情况;
如果你考虑申请一份正式的财政文件的话, 我们建议您把信用证修改为议付信用证;
这样在这份信用证的有效期内,您的任何类似的要求我们都会予以考虑;

如果这份信用正是远期付款的话，将会影响我们提供资金。如果你想在提交单据时申请资金
我们能否建议你们对此信用正做个修改，即通过议付来获取。有关这方面的任何请求我们都会在提交单据时予以考虑。
