So I never believe so-called "All men are created equal". But I believe it's important to have a specific aim and persist in doing sth to make the aim realized. As Chinese saying said"Persistence is success". Though the studying circumstance is not advantaged, you can try to make it by yourself. Listening to radio is one of the best options. It's necessary to purchase a SW radio special for listening to international broadcasting stations. I suggest listening to VOA. After all, American English is more popular now. Further more, there's a program named Special English especially suitable for English learners. Also you can try to organize an English group if someone is interested. You'll definitely benefit from good atmosphere of learning. Just try to talk with your friends in English. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. As we all know "Practice makes perfect". There's no best methods of learning English indeed. The way suitable for you is the best. Good luck!
