*域名隐藏* hstanding the provisions of UCP500,if we give notice of refusal of documents presented under this credit we shall however retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant and,subject to such waiver being acceptable to us,to release documents against that waiver without reference to the presenter provided that no written instructions to the contrary have been received by in from the presenter before the release of the documents.
*域名隐藏* such release prior to receipt of contrary instructions shall not constitute a faliure on our part to hold the documents at the presenter's risk and disposal ,and we will have no liability to the presenter in respect to any such release.

尽管有UCP500的规定，但是如果我们发出了拒收本证项下所提交的单据时，我们仍保留接受不符点的权利， 前提是不符点在我们的接受范围之内；如果在我们发放单据之前没有收到提交人发来的“单据不得发放”的指示，我们也有权利按接收不符点来发放单据而不用知会提交人。

| 这应该是银行规定的吧。但能不能请哪位高手解释一下，为什么他说他们如果发出了拒收本证项下所提交的单据时，他们仍保留接受不符点的权利。既然拒绝为什么有能接受，是不是有点矛盾。这种条款似乎对我们不是很有利，但是很多信用正上都有这种规定。对这种条款我们需要注意些什么吗？
