为了防止买方没有依8.1条款开出信用证，作为合同的***，该合同的全部款项必须在见到买方要求购买时100%支付。

我也试一下: 如买方未能照8.1条款开立信用证,则全部合同款项的支付方式将按照100%即期要求买方支付,并且不能有以合同违约为名起诉~ 据个人看来,of demand of buyer是连在一起作为接made来说的,而without protest as a contract breech显然是作为这一行为(要求怎么付款)来说的~也就是常用的"就怎么怎么样而不怎么怎么样"

如果买方未能按照8.1条款开出信用证，作为违约补偿，合同的全部货款应在买方要求下即时足额支付给卖方而不能反对。
