After discussing,we have achieved the agreement ,as following :
This hotel is in the charge of SL company,so the maintenance costs is subject to their quotation. We have discussed the contract for more than half a year, but still haven't got a finally agreement,which stopped us to start the next step.
if you still can't make the decision to accept the contarct or not until 1st,June,we will stop our technical supporting for you.
By the way,through the last several emails, according to the original contract ,the maintenance costs per year should not be increased ,if increased 15% ,adding the 17% taxes, the total amount of maintaince cost per year will reach CNY 20,000. And it is far more than the quotation to SL .
