合同 看到这句话，还是搞不清怎么表达好
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, notices to be made pursuant to this Agreement (“Notices”) shall be made in writing either by hand delivery, or dispatch by registered mail or facsimile or email transmission to the following address of the Supplier or Purchaser. Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, Notices shall take effect upon delivery to the receiving party.
