Upon receipt of drafts and documents negotiated in compliance with this credit, We shall reimburse you the claim amount less our telegraphic transmission fees for funds transfer /payment advice if any in accordance with your payment instructions

In the event that we refuse documents due to discrepancies, We may seek a waiver of such discrepancies from the applicant. Should such a waiver be obtained and concurred by us, We may release documents to applicant and effect settlement, Unless we received the presenter¡¯s written instructions to the contrary prior to our release of documents, A discrepant fee for USD50.00 will be deducted from the proceeds of drawing.
