| +If documents presented under this L/C are found to be discrepant we shall give its notice of refusal and shall hold documents at your disposal .However, should we receive applicant's approval of discrepancies prior to your instruction on disposal of documents ,we will release the said documents to applicant.
+All banking charges and *域名隐藏* e opening bank, including advising chgs,reimb comm. and cable cost ,are for account of the beneficiary.
+The purchase order number(P/O No.) and L/C No. must be appeared on all shipping documents.

+We will remit the proceeds as instructed,upon receipt of documents along with draft(s) strictly complying with the terms and conditions of this credit.
+A discrepancy fee of usd60 or equivalent will be deducted from proceeds of any drawing if docs are presented with discrepancies pls note that the discrepancy fee is always for BNF's A/C.
+All shipping documents must be sent to us(hua nan commercial bank LTD. cheng tung branch No.146 ,sung chiang road,taipei taiwan)the use of any other mailing address may result in delivery delays for which we disclaim responsibility.

| | 我本来就不是外贸专业的，但是看到有和我专业相关的东东，我试着译一下，希望高手可以不吝赐教： 如果发现信用蒸项下的文件与信用证不符，我们会拒绝接受文件并且保留你们对文件的处置权．尽管如此，我们必须优先接受信用证申请人对不符点的理解，而不是你们对文件处置的说明，我们将放弃对上述文件的确认．
各项银行费用和境外开征银行的佣金，包括告之费用，中转银行的佣金及电报的费用，均由收益人承担．
货物定单的编号和信用证的编号必须在所有的出货文件上显示． 当我们收到与上述条款和信用条件相符的汇票时，我们将按照说明电汇货款． 由于单证不符导致的ＵＳＤ６０或相等的费有将在汇款中被扣除．请注意由于单证不符导致预支的任何费用均由收益人承担． 所有的出货文件必须寄往（华南商业……）我们将拒绝承担由于寄往其他地址导致交货延迟的任何不良后果！
