| ***近我公司要起诉一个国外的代理，律师让我们翻译提单的相关条款，我实在是抓破头也只能看懂单词，整句话却翻译不出来，一长断就是一句话，中间没有标点。请各位帮帮忙，谢了。
The value of the goods shall be determined according to the commodity exchange price at the place and time of delivery to the Merchant or at the place and time when they should have been so delivered or if there is no such price according to the current market price by reference to the normal value of Goods of the same kind and quality,at such price and time.

| 货值取决于当地的商品交换单价和到货期或提货期 , 若已交货或无该相应商品的单价，需参考当地的同类同档次商品的平价
