Booking credits pursuant to § 14 UStG. Each party agrees that, beginning with the signature of this Agreement, its respective services performed for the other party will be invoiced by booking credits in accordance with the procedure set forth in § 14 Abs. 2 Satz 3-5 UStG. GEBS will prepare and send to Seller credit notes. The content of these credit notes shall suffice to fulfill the obligations of § 14 Abs. 4 UStG. The credit notes are based on the conformity of the confirmed receipt of goods or services to the date of order. Delivered materials / services as well as delivery paths are documented in here.
Seller hereby confirms that the duty of invoicing obliges GEBS and that GEBS will have access to all information and documents required. It is no longer Seller’s duty as a supplier to send printed or electronic invoices, as this will be done by the credit note sent over by GEBS, which will be vendor’s base for turnover and there from resulting tax.
This Agreement regarding the invoicing process by booking credits shall be valid for an indefinite period of time unless revoked by either party giving 4 weeks notice or unless the parties agree on other regulations.
