To make this easier for both of us, attach a copy of your e-mail date April 11, 2005 to your purchase order, we will attach a copy to our copy of your purchase order and a revised purchase order is not required. Please advise how you would like to proceed.

如果你觉得可以，你可以在购货合同４８８ １１－１４－０１号那加一个条目说明你的接受条件和条款．为了方便双方，请在购货合同上附上您２００５年４月１１号的ＥＭＡＩＬ复印件一份，我们将在你方的购货合同上把它添加上去，那样就不用对原合同进行修改了．
