transfer,please note that we are under no obligation to do so. this doucmentary credit is subject to,and will be handled in accordance with,the edition of the ICC uniform customs and practice for documentary credits currently in force and the relevant version of the e_UCP,if applicable. should you be a user of our DC safe custody service,please be informed that HSBC will dispose of the original DC/amendment within 6 months form expiration/full utilisation,unless you request us in advance to return the same to you. tnis is a computer cenerated advice,authorised signature of the bank is not required.
