| 1、Interface at all levels within the customer’s organization and provides early design support, coordinate multiple projects from NPI concept to production within Sanmina-SCI, manage a small local quick-turn prototype assembly, rework and repair facility;
2、Manage the introduction of new products into manufacturing by collaborating with peers and managers;
3、Responsible for capital quoting and budgeting, negotiating schedules with Planning , Design and Manufacturing;
4、Facilitate and drive manufacturing product build reviews, giving feedback to design;
5、Assimilate and distribute product information and manufacturability assessments ensuring a timely delivery of a quality product to the customer;
6、Influences, communicates and educates both vertically and laterally to manufacturing teams;
7、Leads project gate reviews of NPI projects where senior management is involved;
8、Strive for cost improvements and cost reduction;
9、Setting up and manage project plans with targets, execution and success completion dates;
