在合同设备接受以后，买方应该将总价的10%在提单日期后的***早100天，***晚不超过120天之内通过信用证付给卖方.

| 买方在验明货物并接到卖方提单后需将１０％的货款通过信用证支付，支付日期不得早于１００天，不得迟于１２０天．
