5.随函附送跟单信用证申请表，委托你行通过你伦敦行开出金额为 5，000英镑的不可撤销信用证，受益人为城市贸易公司，信用证有效期截至11月30日。

3. Please help to buy ALL RISK insurance for this vessel, the total insurance amount is USD 4,000, and the delivery of this insurance should not be delay on 20th, May. The reference cost will be deducted from our Xingang Office account.
4. Once the L/C in use, our bank will debit a sum amount according to the L/C notification on your company account.
5. Accompanied by documentary L/C application form, we entrust your London bank open a sum amount of GBP 5,000 irrevocable L/C, beneficiary is ***City Trading Company, period of validity of this L/C is before 30th, Nov.

I‘m sorry that our company couldn' provide a more favorable terms than last year for the *域名隐藏* profit is essentially low,furthermore,we should keep the retail price competitive.

The goods under our order LP89 has already been prepared. Because of the strike occured in the Auckland port ,which would not show an end in a short term, we demand a change of the shipping destination from your company.

Please buy insurance amounting to $4,000 covering all risks for your shipment, and sent out the insurance policy no later than May 20th. The relating fees will be added into our new port office's account.

After the L/C has been used, our bank will debit to your company's account according to notice with the sum under the L/C.
