| Claims Notification
In consideration of the payment of the premium, and reliance upon the statements in the proposal form, any supplementary information and the provisions of this policy, Underwriters agree to indemnify the Insured in respect of a Claim (see definitions 8) covered under this policy which the Insured neither intended nor reasonably should have expected to arise as a result of the Scheduled Insured Services, PROVIDED THAT;
(a) such Claim made against the Insured are first received by the Insured during the Period of Insurance; and
(b) the incident giving rise to such Claim was not known by the Insured prior to the Period of Insurance; and
(c) the Insured gives written notification to Underwriters of such Claim and this must be received by Underwriters within 90 days of such notification or discovery by the Insured.
