不是学外贸的，英文又不行，求助好心人帮助翻译
1、合同货物***终验收后，买方在收到卖方书面通知、收款人***以及用户颁发的***终验收***后40日内,以电汇方式向卖方支付相关设备款金额的10％。
2、质保期满后，买方在收到卖方书面通知、收款人***后40日内,以电汇方式向卖方支付相关设备款金额的5％。
3、以特快专递形式（要求收件人本人签收）将经背书的1/3提单正本寄给买方。

现货已到客户港口，提单还没有寄到，怎么做电放啊？ (2013-04-09)

1After check and accept the goods, the buyer should make the payment for 10% of the total amout by T/T after reveived seller’s Notice by written, Payee’s commercial invoice and the check and accept certification by user issued within 40 days.
*域名隐藏* of the guarantee date, buyer should pay for 5% of the total amout by T/T when he received seller’s Notice by written, payee’s commercial Invoice within 40 days.
*域名隐藏* one of three original bill of lading via endorse to the buyer by EMS( require the consignee to sign in)
