| all disputes,controversies or differences which may arise between the parties. out of or in relation to or in connection with the performanceof this contract,or for the breach .thereof ,shall be finally settled by arbitration in hongkong in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the hongkong commercial arbitration board. the award rendered by the arbitrators shall be final and binding upon both parties *域名隐藏* contract shall be governed by,enforced, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of hongkong

| The good will be deemed to conform to the contract despite minor discrepancies,which are usual in the particular trade or through course of dealing between the parties ,but the buyer will be entitled to any abatement of the price usual in the trade or through course of dealing for such discrepancies.
还有以上的都是我昨天刚收到的香港那边的外贸合同的条款，请你帮我译一下，谢谢！！

尽管货物存在与合同小数的不符,该货物都将会被认为是与合同相符的,而这些小数的不符通常是以其他特别的贸易方式或通过各方之间相议的过程来进行处理,但买方对这贸易的价格或对这些不符的处理过程是有资格进行中止.
