Independent contractors  

It is agreed and understood that the relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors and nothing contained herein shall be constructed to place the parties in, nor shall the parties hold themselves out to be in, the relationship of partners, joint ventures, principal and agent or employer and employee, unless and until such time as the parties may enter into a different legal arrangement with each other. Neither party shall have any right to enter into contracts in the name of or on behalf of the other partyÉÏÊöÌõ¿îÊÇʲôÒâ˼,ÏÈлÁË.
