| As full consideration for the Services, GE shall pay, and Warehouser shall accept, the compensation described in Exhibit B hereto (the “Compensation Payments”), which prices shall be firm fixed. Warehouser shall render an invoice each month for Services performed during such month. Payment shall be 2.5%, net 90 days from GE’s receipt of a proper invoice. Payment for any partial month, including, without limitation, in connection with any termination of this Agreement as herein provided on other than the end of a month, shall be pro-rated based upon the number of days Services were provided and the number of days in such month. Warehouser shall furnish the facilities, supplies, labor and other items required to perform the Services as herein provided at no cost to GE other than payment of the Compensation Payments.
