不难，外商把人搞糊涂了。这外商比我们“Chinenglish”还差，其单词、语法和句子顺序均不堪入目，翻译时需猜猜，意译一译。但若让Silverway和T/I来弄，肯定又让人气炸了肺。个人参考译文：- 请在船运(装运)***里加注以下声明：
“***所涉及产品之出口商/供应商特此声明，除非其它清楚表明，产品属XXX（填国名/地区名之类）原产，条例含义于欧共体生效，在XXX（地点）和XXX（日期）完成签发”。
本***正本须手签。 分析：-
*域名隐藏* ng invoice 视作通用的 Commercial Invoice 或 Invoice.
2.看看 hereby 又在以上出现了，它用在什么地方，用作什么时态……Silverway是不是应该做一下笔记，以便长长见识？
3.制单时“The exporter/supplier of the products”这种统称不要照搬，而是做成“We hereby declare that these products are of XXX origin within the meaning of the rules in force in the European Community, done at XXX, on XXX.”
或
“We, XXX Co., Ltd.(或 XXX Factory), hereby declare that these products are of XXX origin within the meaning of the rules in force in the European Community, done at XXX, on XXX.”
