| 3.1 Packing of Products shall be the Seller’s responsibility. Products shall be properly and suitably packed by the Seller and in such Article manner as to reach the Buyer in good condition under normal conditions of transport.
3.2 Notwithstanding anything herein contained it shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the packing complies with the requirements of all laws in the Territory, and to inform the Seller in writing of all such requirements before the first delivery of Products and of any changes to the existing requirements immediately after aware of the same
