如果货物不能按期装运,供应商必须在***时间与于告知!不得有误!

case, the penalty of delay will remain due.

statutory injunction, of which the supplier acknowledges to be informed the
same day.

我司保留取消延期三周訂單的權力，延誤部分的賠償將從應付款項中扣除。一個簡單的原則
是，在***後期限內貨物未交，即如供應商承認在***後期限日被告知此約定條款。（意思是，
如果在***後期限日還未交貨物，等同即日已知會供應商上述條款）
