| The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information fumished by *** shall be deemed the property of the *** The Recipient further agrees that,upon request by the *** or upon the expiration/termination of the Project,the Recipient shall immediately return to *** or its designee all such Confidential Information held by the Recipient (or by its director(s),supervisor(s) employee(s)),including the originals, magnetic tapes, diskettes or other storage media, transcripts, excerpts,duplicates,copies, correspondences, records and other documents containing such Confidential Information,and shall not keep any copy in any means.
