| The Seller and the Purchaser agree that identification shall not be deemed to have been made until both parties have agreedthat the goods in question are to be appropriated and fulfill the requirements of performance of the said contract with the purchaser.

The seller is responsible for the installment of the machinerieries and accessories at the Purchaser location in *域名隐藏* Purchaser shall cover all living expenses of the Seller's employee(s),whowill carry the installment.
